We spend so much of our time at work, wouldn’t it be great to feel like the time spent there was time well spent? To feel like you had the opportunity and tools to continue to grow as an individual and as a leader?
Many of us experience moments where we are working in a new role and feel unsure or maybe we feel like it’s finally time to seriously consider making a change. While these feelings are perfectly normal, they may not be helpful and they may limit our ability to feel successful.
Transformative Leadership Strategies, also known as TLS, has a mission to support leaders, one individual and team at a time.
STACIE J. WATSON
I started my career as a counselor – working primarily with individuals and couples. Over time I transitioned into corporate leadership roles, working extensively with teams that were quite diverse in terms of function, culture, and geography.
With all these experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the best, and some of the most challenging, leaders. These experiences have led me to believe that most of us really can find genuine satisfaction in our work lives WHILE we continue to grow. Sometimes all we may need is someone in our corner, providing support and holding us accountable as we make our desired changes.
The services offered through TLS represent a blend of my interests in working with individuals and my commitment to supporting leaders and their teams. I’m excited about what the future can hold and look forward to connecting with you to discuss how a focus on personal satisfaction and leadership might make a real difference for you or your team.

Alicia has taught and coached thousands of entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams the skills of self-mastery, emotional intelligence, whole brain thinking, stress management, mindfulness and holistic health. As a club leader for Speaker Sisterhood, she supports women who want to discover and express their voice through the art of public speaking. Alicia is also the Board President for LISA, Inc. an organization which provides safe, supportive and empowering programs for at-risk youth in Connecticut.
Alicia holds certifications as a Core Energy™ Coach and Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner through the top-ranked Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is also nationally accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, she is a Licensed Practitioner in the Results System™, a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist, a Certified Compassion Fatigue Educator, an internationally recognized voice through her Sound Bytes for Serenity™ CD series, and a contributing author to Strategies for Success: Your Operation Manual for Excellence.
