Change is hard. And it can be scary. That’s why most of us don’t do it – or at least don’t do it often. And that’s where coaching may be helpful.

Coaching is based on an assumption that you can succeed. It is safe and judgment-free. It allows you to fully explore your goals and dreams. It helps you boldly set your intention and create a detailed plan of action. Mostly coaching allows you to succeed by partnering with you and holding you accountable while providing on-going support.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

At TLS, we know that everyone’s journey toward change or self-fulfillment is different. And we ensure that our coaching approach represents the very best fit for our clients from the moment we begin working together. Some of the key components of the work may include:

1. ASSESSMENT
Define your values and identify your goals – both short and longer-term.

2. VISION FOR CHANGE
Focus on what you would like to change, and in what order. It’s hard to change everything all at one time, but piece by piece we can identify those building blocks that will be required to move you toward your goals and desires.

3. CREATE THE PLAN
Now that you have the vision, develop the map to get there. We will create a tangible, step-by-step plan that will enable you to begin to make the changes you desire.

4. ACTION / ACCOUNTABILITY
Monitor progress, celebrate successes and, if necessary, reevaluate the plan.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Most change takes time, so TLS offers a variety of packages that can meet the various needs of our clients.

ONE-MONTH LIMITED COACHING PROGRAM

ASSESSMENT & VISION DEVELOPMENT

With this program, we meet two to three times and will focus on getting clarity around what you value/what is truly important to you. With this information, we will work together to begin to create your vision for the future that will move you toward your goals and desires. At any point, if you wish to expand your program to one that is longer in duration, this is easily accommodated.

THREE-MONTH FULL COACHING PROGRAM

ASSESSING YOUR VALUES / PRIORITIES, CREATING & WORKING YOUR PLAN

With this program, we will meet up to eight times as we work through the entire coaching program. This program will include unlimited email support as well as brief touch-base calls between sessions as needed. This program is particularly effective when you have a good sense of what you would like to achieve and are looking for assistance in creating the plan and having a partner as you execute on it.

SIX-MONTH FULL COACHING PROGRAM

ASSESSING YOUR VALUES / PRIORITIES, CREATING & WORKING YOUR PLAN

With this program we will meet as often as we believe is needed – typically once every one to two weeks. This program will include unlimited email support as well as brief touch-base calls between sessions as needed. This program may be most appropriate in situations where this is a desire for change but a lack of clarity in terms of what that change may be. This may also be helpful in circumstances where the change is quite large and may take time and various kinds of planning and support along the way.

PAY AS YOU GO PROGRAM

While not always the most efficient approach for a new client, we do recognize that the ability to connect periodically with your coach may be helpful – especially after coaching relationships have been established. These occur in one-month increments as needed.
