Transformative Leadership Strategies, LLC (TLS) provides coaching support and leadership development services to individuals looking to increase their personal fulfillment and improve their leadership skills. We also work with organizations who wish to provide this support to their leaders and teams. This is achieved using a consultative coaching approach where our clients will:

COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS
When working with individuals, we provide coaching support for issues such as identifying and developing personal leadership skills and strategies, seeking renewed enthusiasm for a current role, considering a change in role or career, and developing strategies to help balance and prioritize a complex life.
We know individuals can transform their lives and circumstances to allow for growth and satisfaction. We’ve seen it happen. We’ve experienced it ourselves. We also know that having someone provide extra support along the way may be an important step toward achieving the change that you desire, and a coach can be an effective means to getting that support.
COACHING FOR ORGANIZATIONS
When working with teams and organizations, we understand that each client is unique and the desired goals or outcomes may vary. Our programs are designed to address issues such as supporting new leaders or leaders who have accepted new roles; improving communications – within teams and between teams; understanding the role of alignment for leaders – and how to create it; applying leadership strategies to resolve conflict; and effective decision-making/prioritization for leaders.
While we recognize that organizations are complex, we know that change is absolutely achievable with the right combination of focus, strategy, and execution.
